CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
HOUSEKEEPING & STAFF
• Gladys will clean the house daily. Please let us know if you have any special requests.
• Our amazing chef Rose can prepare delicious meals at your convenience (Daily cost of $20. Upon request at booking, payment done separately). She can do all the shopping for food as well upon request.
• Kindly treat the staff with respect and communicate any needs politely.
• Tips are very much appreciated at the end of your stay. Tipping is not mandatory but we kindly advise a minimum of 1000KES per person per week for Gladys. Asante Sana.
BEACH & OUTDOOR SPACES
• Please respect the natural beauty of the beach—avoid littering and dispose of waste properly.
• Beach towels are provided.
• Outdoor furniture and cushions should be kept dry.
QUIET HOURS & CONSIDERATION FOR NEIGHBOURS
• To maintain a peaceful environment, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Loud music and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
SMOKING & FIRE SAFETY
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
• Candles and open flames inside the house are not permitted for safety reasons.
SECURITY & VALUBLES
• Please lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
• A safe is provided for storing valuables; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Avoid engaging with beach vendors directly from the property.
KITCHEN & FOOD HANDLING
• If using the services of chef, Rose, please discuss meal plans and grocery shopping in advance.
PETS & WILDLIFE
• No pets are allowed.
• Please do not feed or interact with local wildlife, including monkeys.
• Be careful of baboons.
POOL & WATER SAFETY
• Children must always be supervised near the pool and beach.
• No diving or running around the pool area.
DAMAGE & BREAKAGES
• Please treat the house with care. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may incur a replacement fee.
• Report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
GUESTS & VISITORS
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Visitors are welcome but should vacate the property by 10:00 PM.
